The buyer transaction is unbundled to allow us to customize a buy plan for you. We call it smart planning or SmartPlan™. All four of the pre-configured SmartBuyer plans are customizable to fit your needs considering current market conditions. The SmartPlan™ categories of service are: Essential, Optional, and Premium. And, all of our plans provide options for hourly rates, fixed fees or commissions.

For home or property buyers:

SmartBuyer BASIC: For the read-to-go buyers who knows exactly what they want and where they want it. We provide minimal up front home search and showing assistance, focus primarily on contract negotiations, and contract management to closing. Maximum credits to you at closing.
SmartBuyer PLUS: The basic plan with considerable
more up front home search assistance. This plan is excellent for buyers unfamiliar with the area of interest.
SmartBuyer PERFECT: You get all the assistance you need to purchase the perfect home. This plan works well for buyers wanting 100% personal attention and for first time buyers.
SmartBuyer CONCIERGE: A special program for relocation clients and buyers of new construction. For relocation clients, we coordinate all the details involved to make the move as stress free as possible. Also see relocation services for those moving out of Northern Virginia. For buyers of new construction, we assist with all the details from helping you find the right builder, the right lot, the contract and construction to closing, moving in and resolving issues after the sale.
