Hourly Rates

Since the seller almost always pays our fees for bringing a buyer, the question becomes: Can you pay for the services we provide you so we can rebate the entire commission the seller pays back to you at closing? It all depends on how much work you ask us to do versus what you believe you can do on your own. It becomes a Win! Win! proposition.

MoneyInHand.gifIt puts you in control and helps you think twice about using our time unecessarily. For instance, we have experience with buyers who ask us show them property that they are just curious about but have no intention of including it on their list of buying candidates. Therefore, if you can really zero in on your search and engage us with your "A LIST" properties to show, you make good use of your time and ours.

For your benefit, we will always stay engaged with the essentials: purchase offer, negotiations, contract mangagement and attendance at closing.

Another example of engaging us on an hourly rate is when you have found the perfect property for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) who does not offer any compensation to REALTORS® at all. You still need our expertise and can get it if you can agree to pay us for our time. We can assist with the essentials and help you get to a successful close.
