What is a real estate consultant?

Each of our real estate advisors has earned the Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE™) designation as well as the Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant® (C-CREC®) designation sponsored by the National Association of Real Estate Consultants®. ACRE™ was founded by Mollie Wasserman, a Massashusettes REALTOR® who pioneered the concept of real estate consulting over 12 years ago.

These designations require several hours of course work including projects to develop alternative business models and business plans. As real estate consultants, or advisors, we tell not sell, guide not decide. What this means is that you get the best advice and never any high-pressure selling tactics. We tell it like is even if it is not in our own best interest. Your needs always come first. You also benefit from the fee plans that are the cornerstone of our unique business models.
