Fixed Fees

The beauty of our SmartChoice™ fixed fee listing plan is: fixed fee. You never pay us (as your listing agent) more, or less, than the fee we jointly develop and agree upon unless you add services along the way. Not a percentage of the sale price. No other hooks. No other conditions. Guaranteed. And, we never eliminate essential services required to sell your property or home.

You can save even more if you can pay-as-you-go instead of pay-at-closing. And, if you should ever change your mind and want to switch to a traditional commission plan, we will credit any payments to you at closing. The only other variable is deciding how much you want to pay an agent that brings the buyer. In most cases, we recommend 3% of the sale price at closing but that is still your decision.

We tell you exactly what we are going to do, when we are going to do it and provide reports to show that it was done. If you are doing some of the work, we even remind you when you need to do it. And, best of all, it is all electronic and on the web.
