If you are a real estate buyer, it makes absolute sense to be represented by a REALTOR®. It does not cost you a dime. That's because, with few exceptions, the seller pays the commission or fee.
What if you were able to get that money (it can be up to 3% of the purchase price) credited to you at closing? You can. If you agree to pay us for the work we do for you. Because we can work for you on different fee arrangements allowing you to do some of the work, you only have to pay us for what we do. That can be a little...or more...but usually much less than the seller is willing to pay. And, when the seller pays, the entire amount is credited to you at closing.
You see, a large part of the expense in helping you find the home of your dreams is our time showing you homes on the market. If you can help us minimize that time, you can control what you get back. It is just that simple.
